Tanggung Jawab
- Perform a variety of professional spa treatments including massage, body scrubs, and specialty therapies to the highest standard.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil treatment room environment in compliance with health and safety protocols.
- Manage reception duties, including greeting guests, managing appointments, and handling inquiries with a professional demeanor.
- Maintain detailed client records and ensure guest preferences are recorded and honored.
- Promote spa products and services effectively to enhance the guest experience and meet sales targets.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Provide guests with expert advice on wellness treatments and aftercare.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Spa Therapist in a high-end spa or wellness center.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and welcoming personality.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage front-desk administrative tasks.
- Certification in spa therapy or massage from a recognized institution.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
