Tanggung Jawab

  • Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish and English via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide accurate information and support regarding healthcare products and services
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
  • Document all interactions in CRM and maintain detailed records
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics (quality, productivity, customer satisfaction)
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve processes
  • Participate in ongoing training and stay updated on product and policy changes

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (both oral and written) is required
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience; call center experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficient in using computers and common software applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including occasional weekends
