- Develop and deliver engaging Spanish language lesson plans tailored to various proficiency levels.
- Utilize diverse teaching methodologies to enhance student participation and retention.
- Conduct formative and summative assessments to track student progress and performance.
- Create an inclusive and encouraging classroom environment that fosters a love for language learning.
- Provide constructive feedback and academic support to students both inside and outside the classroom.
- Collaborate with the academic team to align curriculum goals with student needs.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress reports, and academic achievements.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in language pedagogy and incorporate them into your teaching.
Kualifikasi
- Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken).
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Recognized teaching certification (e.g., DELE, PGDE, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching Spanish as a foreign language to diverse groups.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage students of all ages.
- Proficiency in using digital educational tools and classroom technology.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative educational team.
- Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate part-time teaching requirements.
