Tanggung Jawab

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, student-centred lessons adapted for diverse intellectual abilities.
  • Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) that align with the school’s curriculum and students' personal developmental goals.
  • Utilize evidence-based teaching strategies to support learning and behavioral development.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, psychologists, and parents, to ensure a holistic approach to student growth.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on student progress, behavioral assessments, and attendance.
  • Manage classroom dynamics to ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
  • Participate in regular staff meetings, training sessions, and school-wide events to promote professional development.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Special Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field (or equivalent teaching qualifications).
  • Strong passion for special education and prior experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the patience to navigate complex learning and behavioral needs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, multidisciplinary team environment.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional growth within the special education sector.
  • Must be highly organized, adaptable, and empathetic.
