As a Special Events Crew Member, you will be a vital part of our operational success, providing comprehensive on-site support for a diverse range of events. From corporate gatherings and product launches to community engagements and promotional activities, you will play a crucial role in setting up, maintaining, and dismantling event infrastructure, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist with the complete setup and teardown of event venues, including tables, chairs, staging, lighting, sound equipment, and promotional materials.
- Provide on-site logistical support, ensuring all event materials and equipment are present, functional, and properly arranged.
- Greet and assist attendees, directing them to appropriate areas, and providing general information about the event.
- Act as a key support resource during events, responding to immediate needs, resolving minor issues, and maintaining event flow.
- Manage inventory of event supplies and report any shortages or damages to the Event Coordinator.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of event spaces before, during, and after events.
- Work collaboratively with other crew members, vendors, and staff to ensure a cohesive and positive event experience.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while performing duties.
Kualifikasi
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service oriented mindset.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift, carry, and move equipment (up to 50 lbs) as required.
- High level of adaptability and problem-solving skills, able to handle unexpected situations calmly and efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to task completion and event readiness.
- Previous experience in event support, hospitality, retail, or a similar hands-on role is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as dictated by event schedules.
- Must be a resident of or willing to relocate to Tarlac City, Tarlac.
