Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on student assessment.
- Conduct structured teaching sessions using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
- Monitor student progress and maintain detailed behavioral and educational records.
- Collaborate effectively with parents, therapists, and the multidisciplinary team.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages growth.
- Adapt teaching materials and methods to suit various learning styles and abilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
- Certification or diploma in Autism Intervention is highly preferred.
- Proven experience working with children with special needs, specifically autism.
- Strong understanding of behavioral management and positive reinforcement strategies.
- Excellent communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to the dynamic needs of the classroom.
