Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain thermal spray equipment (HVOF, plasma spray, flame spray)
- Prepare surfaces using grit blasting and masking techniques
- Apply specialized coatings (ceramic, metallic, polymer) to industrial components
- Conduct quality control inspections using coating thickness gauges and adhesion tests
- Follow strict safety protocols and environmental standards
- Document processes using quality management systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize coating specifications
Kualifikasi
- Technical certification or diploma in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 2 years experience in thermal spray applications
- Proficiency in surface preparation methods and coating inspection
- Familiarity with ISO 2064 coating standards and NACE requirements
- Ability to read technical drawings and material specifications
- Strong problem-solving skills for coating defect analysis
- Valid Work Permit or Singaporean citizenship
- Physical ability to handle equipment and wear PPE for extended periods
