Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute visual concepts for brand campaigns, digital assets, and print materials
- Create original illustrations, layouts, and typography for sports/fashion/lifestyle brands
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting strict deadlines and quality standards
- Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and stay updated on design trends
- Optimize designs for digital platforms including social media, websites, and mobile apps
- Prepare design files for production and coordinate with external vendors when needed
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- 3+ years professional experience in graphic design with portfolio showcasing sports/fashion work
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and brand identity principles
- Ability to translate complex brand concepts into visually engaging designs
- Experience with motion graphics and basic video editing is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts effectively
- Portfolio demonstrating versatility across print and digital media
