Are you a driven professional with a passion for architecture and construction materials? Alderon Pratama Indonesia is looking for a results-oriented Specifier Sales professional to join our dynamic team in North Jakarta. In this role, you will be the bridge between our high-quality building material solutions (flooring/roofing) and key industry influencers including architects, interior designers, and project developers.

You will be responsible for driving product specifications into major projects, ensuring that our innovative solutions become the preferred choice for commercial and residential developments. If you possess a technical background in architecture or civil engineering and enjoy building strategic professional relationships, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, and project developers to secure product specifications.
  • Promote and present building material solutions, specifically flooring and roofing systems, to key industry decision-makers.
  • Analyze construction project pipelines to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide technical consultation and product training to ensure the proper application of our building materials.
  • Collaborate with the internal sales and marketing teams to execute market expansion strategies.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial specification to project completion.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, project trackers, and market insights for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Specifier, Project Sales, or a similar role in the building materials industry.
  • Strong understanding of architectural drawings, construction standards, and material specifications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and public speaking skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in the field.
  • Solid network of contacts within the architectural and construction community in Jakarta is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage.
