Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to accurately identify speech and language disorders in students.
- Design and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's specific developmental needs and goals.
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and school administration to ensure a holistic support system for students.
- Monitor student progress through regular evaluations and adjust therapy goals as necessary to ensure success.
- Create engaging, interactive, and age-appropriate therapy materials to maintain high student motivation.
- Participate actively in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings to advocate for student needs.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date clinical records and documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related clinical field.
- Licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist (e.g., TEP, ASHA) is required.
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly preferred.
- Native or fluent English proficiency with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of phonology, articulation, fluency, and language development.
- Ability to build rapport with children and effectively manage classroom dynamics.
- Compassionate, patient, and culturally aware demeanor.
