Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the backend configuration and maintenance of marketing automation platforms and CRM integration.
- Lead the end-to-end technical adaptation of new marketing platforms, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Collaborate with global and local teams to troubleshoot backend operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
- Audit and validate marketing data integrity across all digital touchpoints and internal reporting systems.
- Develop documentation and training materials for new platform features to ensure internal team proficiency.
- Monitor platform performance metrics and provide actionable insights for process improvements.
- Execute campaign setup, audience segmentation, and database management within the marketing backend environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, backend support, or digital project coordination.
- Proficiency in Marketing Automation tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or Marketo).
- Strong understanding of data management principles, HTML/CSS, and database structures.
- Proven ability to adapt quickly to new software and cloud-based platforms.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical requirements and marketing objectives.
