In this pivotal role, you will help ensure safe, high-quality care by managing complex medico-legal cases and driving clinical feedback initiatives. You will act as a key liaison between clinical teams and the hospital's quality assurance framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and improving patient outcomes.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and oversee the end-to-end process of clinical feedback and medico-legal case management, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Conduct root cause analyses (RCA) on patient incidents and adverse events to identify systemic improvements.
  • Review and categorize patient complaints, compliments, and feedback to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Liaise with medical and nursing staff to gather clinical evidence and clarify details regarding reported incidents.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Ministry of Health (MOH) guidelines and hospital risk management policies.
  • Assist in preparing comprehensive reports and documentation for external medico-legal inquiries or court proceedings.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce clinical risks and improve patient safety culture.

Kualifikasi

  • Registered Nurse (RN) or Allied Health Professional with a valid license.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in clinical quality assurance, patient safety, or medico-legal support.
  • Strong understanding of clinical feedback mechanisms and incident reporting frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and hospital information systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior clinicians and stakeholders.
