Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the analysis of business processes and identify opportunities for technology-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Design functional specifications and translate them into technical solutions for the development team.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, testing, and deployment.
- Act as a bridge between business units and IT to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Mentor and guide junior business analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Conduct feasibility studies and impact analyses for proposed system changes.
- Monitor and report on project metrics, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment.
- Proven track record in managing complex IT projects and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Hands-on experience with requirement gathering tools, UML, BPMN, or similar modeling techniques.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP, Scrum Master) are highly desirable.
