Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for large-scale IT and digital infrastructure projects.
- Define project scope, resource requirements, and schedules while ensuring adherence to budget and quality benchmarks.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on deliverables.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and roadblocks to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Conduct regular progress reporting and performance analysis to keep executive leadership informed.
- Mentor junior project team members and promote Agile/Scrum best practices within the organization.
- Ensure that all IT projects comply with internal security policies and regulatory frameworks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in IT Project Management or a similar senior delivery role.
- Strong proficiency in Project Management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or Kanban).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage remote or cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical background with hands-on experience in software development lifecycles (SDLC) or IT infrastructure rollouts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
