Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HVAC and smart building sector in Jakarta.
  • Conduct deep-dive technical consultations to understand client needs and provide tailored system recommendations.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling technical proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and project management teams to ensure seamless solution design and delivery.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitor offerings, and regional regulatory standards.
  • Negotiate complex contracts and manage the end-to-end sales cycle to achieve regional revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, and building owners.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC Engineering.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in technical sales, specifically within the HVAC or building automation industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas in the Indonesian market.
  • Strong technical expertise in HVAC systems, smart building controls, and integrated security solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both English and Indonesian.
  • Ability to interpret complex blueprints, specifications, and building energy reports.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and technical proposal tools.
