This is a high-impact role where you will be at the forefront of the laptop tech revolution, responsible for crafting and executing regional sales strategies that propel Infinix to the top of the market.

As our regional lead, you will cultivate high-value relationships with distributors, retail partners, and key stakeholders. You won't just be managing numbers; you will be analyzing market trends, optimizing channel performance, and ensuring that our innovative laptop lineup reaches its target audience effectively. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for the laptop category across the East Java and Balnus territory.
  • Drive regional revenue growth by identifying and penetrating new sales channels and retail opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting partnerships with local distributors and key retail accounts.
  • Monitor competitive landscape, market trends, and consumer feedback to provide actionable insights to HQ.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets, including sell-in and sell-out KPIs.
  • Manage inventory levels and product distribution to ensure maximum stock availability at the POS.
  • Conduct regular site visits and dealer training to ensure product knowledge and brand consistency.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in sales, preferably in the consumer electronics or laptop industry.
  • Proven track record of managing regional sales territories and exceeding aggressive growth targets.
  • Strong understanding of the East Java and Balnus retail landscape.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and sales reporting tools.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the designated territory.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional working proficiency in English.
