Rolimex Kimia Nusamas is currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Asuransi/Purchasing to join our professional team in Jakarta Pusat. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain corporate insurance portfolios, including renewal processes and claim documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external insurance providers to resolve coverage inquiries.
- Execute end-to-end procurement processes, from vendor selection and purchase order creation to delivery monitoring.
- Maintain an accurate database of vendors and service contracts, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Perform regular price comparisons and market analysis to ensure cost-efficiency in purchasing.
- Handle administrative documentation related to insurance policies and supply chain activities.
- Prepare regular reports regarding procurement performance and insurance status for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in administrative, insurance, or purchasing roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word) is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate with vendors effectively.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with local insurance regulations and procurement software is a plus.
