Rolimex Kimia Nusamas is currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Asuransi/Purchasing to join our professional team in Jakarta Pusat. In this dual-function role, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, bridging the gap between risk management and supply chain procurement. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our company assets are well-protected through effective insurance management while maintaining seamless procurement cycles to support our business growth. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain corporate insurance portfolios, including renewal processes and claim documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external insurance providers to resolve coverage inquiries.
  • Execute end-to-end procurement processes, from vendor selection and purchase order creation to delivery monitoring.
  • Maintain an accurate database of vendors and service contracts, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Perform regular price comparisons and market analysis to ensure cost-efficiency in purchasing.
  • Handle administrative documentation related to insurance policies and supply chain activities.
  • Prepare regular reports regarding procurement performance and insurance status for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in administrative, insurance, or purchasing roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word) is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate with vendors effectively.
  • High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with local insurance regulations and procurement software is a plus.
