We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Staff Audit Field to join our team in the Pangkal Pinang Branch. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and compliance of our branch operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough on-site audits across various branches within the Bangka Belitung region. You will ensure that all financial records, loan applications, and collateral assessments are accurate and adhere to internal controls and regulatory standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct on-site field audits at various BFI Finance branches within the Bangka Belitung region.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of financial documents, including loan files and collateral assessments.
- Review operational procedures to ensure strict adherence to internal controls and financial regulations.
- Compile detailed audit findings and prepare clear, concise reports for management review.
- Identify potential risks, irregularities, or areas for improvement in branch operations.
- Collaborate with branch managers to resolve audit discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain an organized log of audit activities and follow up on pending issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in auditing, finance, or general accounting (fresh graduates with strong academic records are welcome).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of integrity and professionalism.
- Good communication skills in both written and verbal Indonesian.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the Bangka Belitung province.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel is essential) and familiar with ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus).
