Tanggung Jawab
- Manage financial transactions and ensure accurate recording in accounting systems
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
- Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good understanding of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
