Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily bookkeeping and ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately in the system.
- Prepare and finalize monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
- Handle comprehensive tax reporting (e-SPT, e-Faktur) ensuring compliance with PPh 21, 23, 25, and PPN regulations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable cycles, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and oversee petty cash management.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants for annual filing and compliance reviews.
- Maintain organized financial documentation and digital archives for audit readiness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in accounting and taxation roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, Accurate, or MYOB) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian Tax Regulations; Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
