Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely financial transactions.
- Oversee the end-to-end purchasing cycle, from issuing Purchase Orders (PO) to verifying goods receipt.
- Coordinate with local and international vendors to negotiate competitive pricing and favorable payment terms.
- Maintain accurate inventory and financial records, performing regular reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and budget tracking for management review.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and production teams to forecast material requirements.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations and internal company financial policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in Finance, Accounting, or Purchasing roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Accounting Software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar).
- Deep understanding of procurement processes, vendor relationship management, and financial cycles.
- Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight monthly closing deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in Indonesian; proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Cikarang Pusat.
