Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Manage general ledger operations, account reconciliations, and financial close processes
- Develop financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely documentation and resolution
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning and cost optimization
- Monitor key financial KPIs and provide actionable insights to leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (S1)
- 3+ years of experience in finance/accounting roles, preferably in tech industry
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA) is highly desirable
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
