Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and optimize wireless networks (Wi-Fi 6/6E), fiber optic systems, LAN infrastructure, routers, and switches
- Perform network diagnostics, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to ensure 99.9% uptime
- Design scalable network architectures supporting enterprise environments and high-density connectivity
- Implement security protocols and best practices for network infrastructure protection
- Document network configurations, topologies, and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure upgrades and expansion projects
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, or Zabbix
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise network infrastructure
- Expertise in wireless networking (802.11ax), fiber optic splicing/termination, and LAN design
- CCNP/CCIE or equivalent network certifications required
- Proficiency in Cisco, Juniper, or Huawei routing/switching platforms
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLAN technologies
- Experience with network virtualization (SD-WAN, NFV) and cloud integration
- Ability to work independently in remote locations with minimal supervision
