We are seeking a dedicated Staff IT to join Eshan Agro Sentosa's dynamic team in Kotabaru. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless IT operations across our organization. You will be responsible for maintaining hardware and software systems, providing exceptional technical support, and implementing robust IT solutions to drive business efficiency. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot complex issues, optimize system performance, and ensure all technology infrastructure aligns with company objectives. Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware systems including servers, workstations, and network equipment
- Provide timely technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person assistance
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues with minimal system downtime
- Implement and maintain security protocols to protect company data and systems
- Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades or improvements
- Document IT procedures, policies, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT projects and solutions
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and network protocols
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are advantageous
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with agricultural or manufacturing industry IT systems preferred
