Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows hardware and software systems
- Provide daily technical support for IT peripherals including printers, scanners, and external drives
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues to minimize downtime
- Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and security patches
- Document IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures
- Collaborate with team members to implement IT improvements
- Train users on proper equipment usage and basic troubleshooting
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred
- 1+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience with hardware troubleshooting and peripheral maintenance
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic knowledge of data backup and recovery procedures
