Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications aligned with business requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical specifications and project milestones
- Optimize system performance through rigorous testing, debugging, and code reviews
- Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Document technical processes and create comprehensive user documentation

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in software development
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages (Java, Python, C++, .NET)
- Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL/NoSQL)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems (Git)
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams
- Relevant certifications (AWS, Azure, or Scrum) preferred
