Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Identify and qualify potential sales leads to expand the company’s client portfolio.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales and marketing strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes, including client presentations, negotiations, and contract closure.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and sales metrics against KPIs.
  • Represent Modair Manila Inc. at industry events and networking functions to enhance market presence.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a Sales or Marketing role, preferably in a technical or industrial sector.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, sales funnel management, and digital marketing principles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
