Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement branch-specific marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition
- Execute field marketing activities including promotional campaigns, community events, and client outreach programs
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and growth opportunities in Jawa Tengah
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, stakeholders, and potential clients
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics to optimize ROI
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with branch business objectives
- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, customer feedback, and market trends
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 1+ years of sales or marketing experience preferred; fresh graduates encouraged to apply
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
- Willingness to conduct fieldwork and travel within assigned territory
