Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute branch-specific marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and competitive landscape
- Organize promotional events and field activities in Jepara region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients
- Collaborate with sales team to achieve branch performance targets
- Prepare monthly marketing reports and performance analytics
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (fresh graduates welcome)
- Experience in sales/marketing preferred but not required
- Strong enthusiasm for field-based work and client engagement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital marketing tools
- Knowledge of Jepara local market considered advantageous
