Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Logistics (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years in marketing or logistics coordination role
- Proficiency in cross-cultural communication and international business practices
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities
- Knowledge of sea/air freight operations and documentation
- Advanced proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (additional languages valued)
