Join MGM Bosco's Monitoring Center team and play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence for our fleet operations. As a Staff Monitoring Center professional, you'll be the central hub for real-time vehicle tracking, traffic intelligence, and driver safety coordination. This position requires vigilance, technical proficiency, and exceptional communication skills to maintain seamless logistics operations across our transportation network.
You'll leverage GPS monitoring systems to track fleet movements, analyze traffic patterns to optimize routes, and provide critical situational reports that impact decision-making. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and manage GPS vehicle tracking systems in real-time
- Analyze traffic conditions and provide situational reports during transit
- Oversee driver compliance with safety protocols and company policies
- Coordinate emergency response protocols for traffic incidents or mechanical issues
- Maintain accurate documentation of monitoring activities and incident reports
- Communicate effectively with drivers and management regarding route changes
- Ensure monitoring equipment functionality and report technical malfunctions
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Experience with GPS tracking systems or fleet management software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Basic understanding of traffic regulations and road safety standards
- Proficiency in using monitoring software and basic computer applications
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during emergency situations
