Tanggung Jawab
- Assess patient conditions, plan and implement appropriate nursing care interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by attending physicians.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical history accurately.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and post-care recovery.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sterile environment in compliance with health protocols.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and take decisive action as required.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Philippines with an active, valid PRC license.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or medical facility setting.
- Proficiency in basic life support (BLS) and/or advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) is highly preferred.
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a deep commitment to compassionate patient care.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as part of a rotation.
- Strong computer literacy for managing electronic medical records (EMR).
