Tunas Sawa Erma is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Staff Plasma Controller to join our agricultural operations team. In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between company standards and plasma farmers, ensuring that all plantation development projects adhere to strict timelines, quality benchmarks, and budgetary constraints.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of plasma plantation development to ensure it aligns with the project timeline.
- Ensure all field operations meet quality standards and organizational policies.
- Manage project budget allocations and monitor expenditure to prevent cost overruns.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams and external plasma partners to resolve operational obstacles.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly reports on plantation progress, budget status, and resource utilization.
- Perform regular site inspections to assess crop health and infrastructure development.
- Provide technical guidance and support to farmers to improve productivity and adherence to best agricultural practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Forestry, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in plantation management, preferably in plasma development.
- Strong understanding of oil palm cultivation techniques and plantation operational standards.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and maintain detailed project records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with local farmers and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel and work in field-based locations as required.
