Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases covering functional, regression, and integration testing
- Identify, document, and track defects using industry-standard tools with clear severity classifications
- Lead quality assurance initiatives for complex software projects across multiple platforms
- Automate testing processes using industry-leading frameworks to enhance efficiency and coverage
- Collaborate with development teams to implement preventative quality measures
- Conduct root cause analysis of recurring issues and propose sustainable solutions
- Maintain and enhance QA documentation including test scripts, procedures, and quality metrics
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish best practices within the QA team
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive QA experience with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Expert proficiency in test case development, test planning, and bug reporting systems
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies including manual, automated, and performance testing
- Experience with Agile/Scrum environments and CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency in defect tracking tools (JIRA) and test management platforms
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
