Metiska Farma is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff Utility to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the management and maintenance of essential utility systems that support our pharmaceutical production lines. As a Staff Utility, you will ensure the reliability of critical infrastructure such as HVAC systems, boilers, water treatment plants, and compressed air systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor the daily operation and performance of utility equipment, including HVAC, Boilers, and Water Treatment plants.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and scheduled inspections to prevent equipment failure.
- Conduct troubleshooting and corrective maintenance to ensure continuous utility availability.
- Ensure all utility systems strictly adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with production and maintenance teams to address technical issues and optimize system efficiency.
- Document all maintenance activities, logs, and inspection reports accurately and timely.
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) for any deviations or breakdowns in utility systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in utility operations or maintenance within the pharmaceutical or industrial manufacturing sector.
- Strong working knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and regulatory compliance standards.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
