Join Korindo Group's sustainability team as a Stakeholder Engagement Staff and play a pivotal role in our environmental responsibility initiatives. This position requires meticulous documentation management and proactive relationship-building with internal teams, regulatory bodies, and community partners. You'll develop comprehensive sustainability reports, track ESG compliance metrics, and coordinate cross-functional projects that align with global sustainability standards. The ideal candidate will drive transparent communication strategies, facilitate stakeholder feedback mechanisms, and support the implementation of our corporate sustainability framework. Tanggung Jawab
- Collect, organize, and maintain sustainability documentation including ESG reports and compliance records
- Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies for internal and external parties
- Coordinate sustainability initiatives across departments to ensure alignment with corporate goals
- Prepare comprehensive sustainability reports and presentations for executive review
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance with environmental standards
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and manage feedback collection processes
- Support the development of sustainability communication materials and campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Communications, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in stakeholder engagement or sustainability roles
- Proficiency in documentation management systems and reporting tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian
- Knowledge of sustainability frameworks (GRI, SDGs, ISO 14001)
- Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and managing stakeholder relationships
- Ability to analyze complex environmental data and translate insights into actionable strategies
