In this critical role, you will be the eyes and ears on the ground, ensuring that our station facilities operate at peak performance 24/7 to support thousands of daily commuters.
As a Station Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing high-standard maintenance activities, supervising external vendors, and ensuring that Mechanical, Electrical (ME), Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) systems, as well as passenger-facing infrastructure, remain functional and safe. Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure 24/7 uptime for all station facilities by proactively monitoring system performance.
- Supervise and coordinate with third-party vendors and contractors to ensure maintenance works meet safety and quality standards.
- Perform regular inspections on Mechanical and Electrical (ME) systems including HVAC, lighting, and power distribution.
- Maintain Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) elements of the station to ensure aesthetic and structural integrity.
- Manage troubleshooting and corrective maintenance for passenger systems (e.g., gates, signage, lifts/escalators).
- Prepare detailed daily reports on system status, maintenance activities, and incident logs.
- Ensure full compliance with local Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations and standard operating procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in facility management or station maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of building management systems (BMS) and general facility maintenance protocols.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis to support 24/7 station operations.
- Proven ability to manage vendors and oversee on-site technical tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on preventative maintenance and fault diagnosis.
- Valid certification in electrical work (e.g., Chargeman) or similar local licensing is an added advantage.
