Toko Kopi Klasik is currently seeking a diligent and motivated Steward to join our kitchen team in Tebet, Jakarta. As a Steward, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and efficiency that define our coffee shop experience. If you are passionate about maintaining a clean workspace and supporting a fast-paced culinary environment, we want to hear from you.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all kitchen equipment, dishes, and surfaces are sanitized and ready for use. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, possess high attention to detail, and are eager to work in a collaborative and professional team environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough cleaning of all kitchen equipment, surfaces, and floors to ensure a hygienic workspace.
- Wash and sanitize dishes, cutlery, and kitchenware according to health and safety standards.
- Manage waste disposal efficiently and maintain cleanliness in the waste management area.
- Support kitchen staff by ensuring all essential supplies and utensils are available and ready for use.
- Assist in general kitchen organization and inventory storage tasks.
- Maintain chemical usage logs and ensure safe handling of all cleaning supplies.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen supervisors regarding any maintenance or supply needs.
- Adhere strictly to all occupational health and safety (OHS) protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education of SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Previous experience in kitchen cleaning or stewarding is preferred but not required.
- Strong commitment to cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace safety.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Disciplined, hardworking, and punctual with a professional attitude.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent teamwork skills and a positive, cooperative demeanor.
