Tanggung Jawab
- Assist with daily store operations including customer service, sales, and inventory management
- Safely operate company vehicles for product deliveries and client collections
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
- Process cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems accurately
- Stock shelves and manage product displays according to company guidelines
- Handle incoming shipments and manage stock rotation efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer support and resolve inquiries promptly
Kualifikasi
- Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in retail or customer service roles
- Proficiency in basic inventory management and POS systems
- Strong communication skills with customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team environment
- Physical capability for lifting and moving stock (up to 20kg)
- Knowledge of Singapore River area delivery routes preferred
- Must pass basic background and driving record checks
