In this role, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring our customers have a pleasant and efficient shopping experience. You will assist in daily store operations, from inventory management to visual merchandising, while maintaining a welcoming and organized environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Assist in inventory control, stock replenishment, and checking stock levels.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Help maintain store cleanliness, including shelving, display areas, and fitting rooms.
- Support the management team with visual merchandising and promotional displays.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges professionally and efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise.
