This program is designed to groom the next generation of retail leaders. As an Apprentice Supervisor, you will gain hands-on experience in managing store operations, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring stock accuracy. You will work closely with our management team to implement strategies that drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving complaints efficiently.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels using the SAP system to ensure accurate stock records and minimize shrinkage.
- Train, mentor, and support new hires and part-time staff to ensure high performance standards.
- Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining the store’s appearance to attract customers.
- Handle cash transactions and point-of-sale (POS) operations accurately.
- Participate in stock-taking activities and report discrepancies to management.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM, Certificate or Diploma in any field.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Strong passion for retail and a desire to learn management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems (SAP) is a plus.
- Energetic, organized, and able to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
