Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and electrical equipment
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and troubleshoot operational malfunctions
- Execute minor repairs on plumbing fixtures, lighting systems, and store fixtures
- Implement safety compliance protocols and maintain hazard-free environments
- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and order replacement parts as needed
- Document maintenance activities and prepare detailed service reports
- Collaborate with store management to prioritize maintenance tasks
- Respond promptly to emergency equipment breakdowns during operational hours
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certification in technical maintenance or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in commercial facility maintenance or retail equipment servicing
- Proficiency in basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC troubleshooting techniques
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic skills with ability to read technical manuals and schematics
