In this pivotal role, you will ensure the smooth operation and safety of our outlets by performing essential maintenance tasks, handling various store locations, and driving the company vehicle to facilitate daily operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance services across all assigned store locations to ensure equipment longevity and safety.
- Conduct daily inspections of the facility, including electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and kitchen equipment to identify potential issues.
- Ensure strict compliance with sanitation and cleanliness standards set by the company and local health regulations.
- Drive the company four-wheeled vehicle to transport inventory, supplies, or visit different store branches as needed.
- Execute minor repairs and adjustments to fixtures, furniture, and store fixtures to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with management to schedule maintenance tasks and report any major repair needs requiring external contractors.
- Maintain a clean and organized tool shed, ensuring all maintenance equipment is stored securely and is in good working condition.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Vocational Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or General Maintenance is preferred.
- Proven experience in general maintenance or facility upkeep within the retail or food service industry.
- Must possess a valid and clean Driver's License (4-wheeled car).
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, plumbing, and carpentry is highly advantageous.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
