As the heartbeat of our local operations, you will be responsible for translating our corporate vision into an exceptional in-store customer experience while driving revenue growth and operational excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive store strategies to boost customer footfall and increase market share.
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and visual merchandising standards.
- Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify growth opportunities and optimize profitability.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to provide world-class customer service and product expertise.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock rotation, loss prevention, and supply chain coordination.
- Collaborate with regional management to implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Handle customer escalations professionally to maintain brand reputation and loyalty.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably within the electronics or high-volume consumer goods sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and operational KPIs.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Deep understanding of inventory management systems and basic financial reporting.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.
