Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans for PropTech ecosystem expansion across Indonesia
- Identify, qualify, and secure high-value B2B partnerships with property developers, tech firms, and financial institutions
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify emerging PropTech trends and competitive opportunities
- Lead end-to-end partnership negotiations from initial outreach to contract finalization
- Collaborate with product and tech teams to align business strategies with platform capabilities
- Establish KPIs and track performance metrics for partnership initiatives and revenue growth
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand authority
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years in B2B business development or sales with proven track record in tech/property sectors
- Demonstrated experience in partnership building and strategic alliance management
- Strong understanding of PropTech landscape including SaaS, IoT, and property digitization
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinker with analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making capabilities
