  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans for PropTech ecosystem expansion across Indonesia
  • Identify, qualify, and secure high-value B2B partnerships with property developers, tech firms, and financial institutions
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify emerging PropTech trends and competitive opportunities
  • Lead end-to-end partnership negotiations from initial outreach to contract finalization
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to align business strategies with platform capabilities
  • Establish KPIs and track performance metrics for partnership initiatives and revenue growth

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3 years in B2B business development or sales with proven track record in tech/property sectors
