Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic communication plans to support the company’s AI transformation and innovation roadmap.
- Act as the primary liaison for internal communications, ensuring all employees are aligned with organizational goals.
- Create high-quality content for newsletters, intranet updates, and executive presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and translate technical jargon into business value propositions.
- Manage stakeholder engagement and feedback loops to measure the effectiveness of communication campaigns.
- Support the organization’s branding efforts and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in strategic communications, corporate communications, or public relations.
- Strong understanding of AI trends, digital transformation, and modern workplace technologies.
- Proven experience in creating content that simplifies complex technical information for non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a contract capacity.
- Experience in the recruitment, HR, or technology sector is a strong advantage.
