Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive internal and external communication plans supporting AI transformation and innovation projects.
- Craft engaging content, including press releases, newsletters, blog posts, and thought leadership articles that highlight organizational growth.
- Partner with subject matter experts to simplify technical concepts into accessible messaging for broad employee and client audiences.
- Manage end-to-end event communications for innovation launches and town hall briefings.
- Monitor and analyze communication performance metrics to optimize engagement strategies continuously.
- Support change management communication efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new AI-driven workflows across the organization.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital platforms and corporate channels.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in strategic communications, corporate branding, or content strategy.
- Proven ability to translate technical or AI-related terminology for non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong portfolio of past work.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience in managing digital communication tools and social media management platforms.
- Self-motivated professional with a proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a contract setting.
