- Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies to maximize market share.
- Manage nationwide distribution networks and ensure optimal shelf placement.
- Lead trade marketing initiatives and collaborate with retail partners.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Oversee budget management and ROI for marketing and distribution activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and distributors.
- Drive product launches and promotional campaigns for new and existing SKUs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in FMCG marketing and distribution management.
- Strong understanding of trade marketing, supply chain logistics, and retail execution.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million peso budgets.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in CRM and sales data tools.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
