- Develop and implement comprehensive knowledge management frameworks to capture, organize, and disseminate institutional best practices
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic planning initiatives
- Design and maintain digital knowledge repositories with intuitive user interfaces and robust search capabilities
- Facilitate cross-departmental knowledge-sharing sessions and workshops to foster collaboration
- Create performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate knowledge management effectiveness
- Support senior leadership in developing strategic plans aligned with organizational goals
- Manage content lifecycle for knowledge assets including creation, review, and retirement protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in strategy development or knowledge management roles
- Proficiency in knowledge management platforms (SharePoint, Confluence, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and trend analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
