Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and care for primary school children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Assist students with homework assignments and provide guidance on educational projects.
- Plan and conduct engaging recreational and learning activities to enhance physical and cognitive development.
- Monitor student behavior and enforce school rules and regulations consistently and fairly.
- Communicate effectively with parents and school staff regarding student progress and daily activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
- Administer first aid or manage minor medical emergencies when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level education with a relevant Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) or Diploma.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in student care or preschool education.
- Candidates with a valid First Aid Certificate are preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Patient, caring, and possess a genuine passion for working with children.
- Ability to manage classroom dynamics and handle disciplinary issues professionally.
- Valid Work Permit or Singapore Citizenship status.
